Spring Covid Vaccination Booster 2025

The practice will be offering the Spring Booster Vaccination here at the practice this Spring.

The vaccination program is due to commence from the 1st of April, but will be offered to care home staff first.

Eligibility criteria is outlined below:

Patients aged 75 years and over. If you are turning 75 years of age between April and June, you do not have to wait until your birthday.
Patients in a care home.
Patients who are aged 6 months and over with a weakened immune system.

The practice will be in contact with all eligle patients as soon as we have received notification of our vaccination delivery date.
