Wellbeing and Welcome - Friday 21st November

Beat the winter blues and join Teesdale Day Clubs for a fantastic day of feeling the warmth from your community in and around Gainford… and being welcomed into some lovely friendly and calming spaces, all great for your wellbeing and you might make some new friends!

Teesdale Day Clubs are delighted to be delivering a partnership with Gainfords regular warm and welcome group, Gainford GP Surgery and Tees, Esk and Wear Valley NHS Foundation Trust.

 There is no need to book, just turn up!

 Friday 21st November

Gainford Village Hall and Gainford GP Surgery Wellness Garden

• 10am-12 Drop-in relaxing mindful taster session Mind Calm with Andrea at the Village Hall
• 10-am- 12 Warm & Welcome coffee morning, hot drinks, and friendly chat at the Village Hall
• 11am-12.30 Meet the Valais Blacknose Therapy Sheep. Petting and Cuddles in the wellness garden
• 10am-1 Wellbeing Support with Nicole; advice, support, and information in the wellness garden

This is a FREE funded event provided by Teesdale Day Clubs, in partnership with Gainford Warm & Welcome group, GP surgery, Wellbeing for Life TEWV Foundation Trust
