Contact the surgery online using eConsult

You'll be asked to fill out an online form about your request.

You need to be registered with the practice to use this service.

eConsult is for non-urgent medical advice, queries and appointment requests only.

• Do not use eConsult for medical emergencies or urgent health problems.
• If you believe your condition is serious or life-threatening, please call 999 or go to your nearest Accident & Emergency (A&E) department immediately.
• For urgent but non-life-threatening issues, contact your GP practice by telephone during their opening hours. Alternatively contact NHS 111 if your practice is closed.
• eConsult submissions are reviewed regularly during normal surgery hours and we endeavour to respond to your eConsult request on the same day where possible.
