Our Carers Groups offer a relaxed, welcoming space for Carers to take a break, have a cuppa, and spend time with people who genuinely understand what caring can be like.

They’re informal and friendly - there’s no pressure to share your story, no expectations, and no need to prepare. You can simply come along, sit quietly, chat if you want to, and enjoy being around others who get it.

As well as offering connection and companionship, the groups provide an opportunity to share experiences, pick up useful information, and find out more about the support available.

Many Carers tell us the biggest benefit is knowing they’re not alone.

Whether you come every month or just once, you’ll be met with warmth, understanding, and the reassurance that support is there when you need it.
