If you are over the age of 16, the NHS app enables you to view your GP health record to help you better understand and manage your condition without having to phone your GP Surgery.
The app allows you to:
- View your GP health record!
- Order repeat prescriptions and nominate your preferred pharmacy from the comfort of your own home, when it's convenient for you!
- Access your appointment information in one place!
- Manage your hospital appointments!
- Register your organ donation decision!
So far.....people have securely viewed their health records 244 million times and 66.8 million prescriptions have been ordered!
